Performed live (for tape) on the Danny Kaye Show on September 29, 1965. Perhaps the best live performance of their iconic hit. The audio was cleaned up, mock stereo created and reverb added to the vocals. The video was also sharpened, color corrected and enhance to fit a 16:9 screen. According to BMI music publishing, "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'" was played on American radio and television more times than any other song in the 20th century.

😄 That's why I call him the "human metronome". He kept the pace so Bill was able to come in at the right spot. You can see this throughout their singing career.

Nearly sixty years later and I still fall in love when I hear these two sing. Would have loved to meet Bobby in person. RIP Bobby Hatfield you are missed.

I think they are singing live with the studio tape, which was standard practice, and better than lip syncing. This proves that these two were NOT phonies , like so many are today.

I admit my friend,i grew up in the 70's and was strictly rock and roll of many kinds.But to this day,now 67,i still listen to these guys, and Dusty Springfield pretty regularly.Just classic vocals.
