AsukaEnergetic Mei VA is Chinese and speaks only some English, there's a video where she's with Tracers VA and she has to say the phrase "cheers love! The cavalry's here" but she doesn't know how to pronounce some of the words soooooooooooooooooo..........

Mei's va does speak really good English (there's a clip of her at blizzcon on the VA panel and her English is good) but I agree with some other comments that it's probably because she's not in New York.
