@D They drew 5 out of their last 9 games when the league was done and dusted. Liverpool literally got slapped 4-0 at City the game after they won it whereas City 17/18 bottled a 2-0 lead at home to Utd to lose 2-3 when they had the chance to win the title then and there. It's fucking hard to stay unbeaten.

“Oh you’re going to stop me now, are you going to protect your partner?” I’m glad he called it out, I don’t mind Jim when Simon isn’t on the show but when Simon is on Jim turns into a right giggling school girl at every remark Simon makes and becomes his little cheerleader against whichever poor bugger is on the show alongside them. The show is would certainly benefit at times from a 4th person in the studio to back up the other half of an argument rather than the pile on that tends to happen

Keowns stats are a bit questionable here He says "I actually played 10 and I was 38 years of age of the time" Let's fact check "I actually played ten' ✅ and ❎ He played in ten, 3 starts, 7 sub appearances, the last 6 of which earliest he comes on is after 87mins, his last start was in September "I was 38 years of age at the time" ❎ Keown turned 38 over two months after the season finished Interesting 20 players made ten league appearances or more for arsenal that season with Keown, Kanu and Aliadiere all making 3 starts and 7 off the bench, Pascal Cygan made 18 appearances that season

11 minutes played between September and May, most of those for 1 minute at the end. He didn't play 10 games, he appeared in 10 games. It was so he could get a medal, although he contributed precisely nothing to the effort. Look at the stats, the same was done for Kanu and Aliadière, again players who did nothing.

Yeah Martin. It’s like only playing four games in an invincible season at 38 on your way to winning a third premier league title after winning three FA Cups doing the double twice and a European Cup Winners Cup. I’m sure I’m in Simon Jordan’s head he scored a tremendous point but Martin Keown has won the same number of doubles in 16 years as liverpool and spurs combined in a collective 270 years. 280 if you add simon Jordan’s 10 years in football. Jordan loves bringing Fulham into his idea of failures, Fulham were in the Premier League for 13 years without a break, then have been promoted and relegated over the last 4/5 years hardly a failure and now have secured another year in the Premier League this year, Fulham were in the Europa League Cup Final in 2010 whilst Forest were stuck in the Championship from 1999 until 2022 and now apparently they are a success if they survive in this campaign......... sort this bloke out, and the rest of the media........Forest live off of the Clough years which were brilliant, Fulham will do their thing quietly and let the others decide their futures.......Talksport is a top 6 loving fraternity....

I am not a Nottingham fan ..however I have a tremendous respect for this club ..their history two Copas de Europa and two Intencontenales ... if I am not mistaken ... hopefully they will stay in the Premier League .... My team is Parma ..now wew are in Serie B ...hopefully we will return to Serie A ... I live in Spain ..my second team is Barça ...I quite enjoy listening to the Brit Pundits ..very entertaining

There isnt a break at 10am, 10.30am, 11am etc. Its 10am, 10.05am, 10.10am, 10.15am, 10.20am etc.

The sad thing is that Simon actually thinks he nailed it when saying that Keown only played 4 games during the Invincible season. Yeah he was 38 years old. In 2004!!!! What was he expecting? Clown!

Let's be fair, the business of football is nothing without the players, and the only one here who played the game is Keown. Jordan can chirp all he wants, but you have to be in deference to some degree when talking to someone who actually played the fucking game.

The key part is that the fans were and still are 100% behind Steve Cooper. We love him at Forest and even after the Leicester hammering the majority still wanted him. He's done an outstanding job
