Natural Potato Chips Recipe;
MATERIALS
600 GR UNPEELED NATURAL POTATOES
2 TSPONKS SWEET RED PEPPER POWDER
1 TSPON OF ROCK SALT
5 Tbsp. OLIVE OIL
1 TEASPON TOP THYME
1 TEASPON OF MINT
PREPARATION OF
1) We put six hundred grams of natural potatoes in water, turn on the stove and boil them for an hour.
2) At the end of the time, we take our potatoes and let them cool for about half an hour.
3) Let's peel all our potatoes after they have cooled.
4)) We add one teaspoon of rock salt, two teaspoons of red pepper powder, one teaspoon of mint, one teaspoon of crumbled thyme to the peeled potatoes and crush them well with the help of a masher until they become dough.
5) We take ten grams of dough from the dough, roll them into balls and place them on our tray, spaced apart.
6) Let's put baking paper on the meringues and crush the meringues well with the help of a wide-bottomed glass.
7) Let's take the baking paper slowly. I got 4 trays of chips this way.
8) Let's bake our chips in the preheated oven at one hundred and eighty degrees for ten minutes, then turn off the oven and leave it for an hour and a half without opening the door. In this way, our chips will become crispy.
