👉Ingredients:
250ml of lukewarm milk (1 cup), 1 tbsp of dry yeast (8g), 5 tbsp of sugar (75g), 4 tbsp of oil (60ml), Vanilla, 1 egg, 550g of flour 3 and 2/3 cup ( + or - depending on your type of flour), Salt, Chocolate pieces, egg yolk and 1 tbsp of milk for the gilding,
Honey and almonds for decoration
I used a 36x23cm (14x9 inch) mold
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C (350F) for 25 to 30min
