I have never tried such a wonderful potato and spinach casserole recipe! Once you discover this recipe, you will be surprised at how easy it is to make and your family will love this recipe! Ingredients:
1kg potatoes.
3 cloves of garlic.
40g butter.
1 carrot.
30g flour.
500 ml milk.
200g spinach.
150 g hard mozzarella cheese.
Some vegetable oil.
Salt and dried ground nutmeg to taste.
