As per my opnion APS staff don't think about students, if they have low number of employees then recruit new members, if student pay 18000 to you then do some work like 18000 even here not showing status about payment, 18000 is not a small amout, for student like me it is fathers whole month's income, if we pay lightbill online electricity board confirm our payment within 1 hour, but here they say don't mail us, why we stop mailling them???? if they make some system like student can see his entire process, most of applicant can sleep peacefully, after it they take some time no one mailed them, most of students are worried about payment only.

I don't believe anything they said was heplful. If we mail them several times, how can you say that this is incorrect? We have all long already submitted APS applications. Some people receive APS within 1-2 months, while other do not until 6-7 months later. How can you then clam they were not rude? Don't you think that this is just wasting our valuable time? The majority of us really skipped their semesters dur to this so is this acceptable? Due to our inability to contact them, we have been unable to obtain any information regarding the process of our APS application, payment confirmations, or other matters. Because it concerns their future, all of this only makes them anxious and depressed. We all have other things to accomplish, such as get a loan for a blocked account, find housing, and apply for a VISA, all of which take time. And I don't believe that blocking us is the answer. This is totally unacceptable because it is a waste of everyone's precious time. Perhaps improving your system and management would be more beneficial. I hope you understand.

It's to easy to explain the aps office situation but what about students who are suffering because of aps and university non coordination problems. I applied on 14 Nov 2022 . Payment confirmation 22nd March 2023. Call for details of University and college on 10th May 2023. Then 27th June they email that university is not responding. I paid extra amount to university for the attestation of my documents and send email to aps and my university had sent email on 20th July 2023 mentioning my token number . And courier the documents which night have reached by 22nd or 23rd 2023 . But unfortunately I have not received any information for certificates. I have deffered 2 intakes already. Where we should go and whom to complain.
