We find ourselves this week exploring Armenian food in Los Angeles at Mini-Kabob. Stories of an Armenian restaurant that has stood the test of time continue to hold true. Not only is Mini-Kabob ranked in Los Angeles Times 101 Best Restaurants in LA, but the proof is also in the multitude of people who travel from all over California and even Armenia to come and dine the Armenian cuisine. They serve sensational grilled meats with daily fresh ingredients with fresh yogurt and garlic sauces galore. Whether it's the hummus recipe stemming from Armen's grandma from Egypt or the insanely tender lamb chops, Mini-Kabob is a true family restaurant that blows the doors off what is possible with just a team of three.

Absolutely LOVE Mini Kabob. Everything is good there and Armen is super friendly. I hit them up every time I'm in Glendale.

I am half Armenian as my father was born in Lebanon to escape the genocide and half Filipino with family still residing in L.A. and this means soo much to me. God bless this man for keeping his/our family culture alive and well 🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲
