You Won’t Believe How I Made A Squint Brick Using CT1 🔥

Firstly I need to mention how awesome the CT1 power grab n bond is.

After just 10 secs of pushing the two cuts together I was able to pick the brick up without the cuts coming apart.
@the_yorkshire_stone_dresser your spot on, it’s an absolute BEAST of product we will always have to hand!
How we did it:
First we need to find the angle needed.
In this case we are using a random angle just for the video
Mark up your angle on the full brick, making sure to mark the face side too. This will keep the cut joint straight
Now we cut our half brick, we need a half cut for the return on the squint. We do this using our @evolutionpowertools_uk saw.
To control the dust from cutting you can use water suppression, we did not. However if we did the CT1 can still bond the two cuts together while the brick is still wet from the saw.
This is for the brickwork bond, when we come over on the next course of bricks we keep the brickwork half bond.
To do that we have alternate squints, which I show at the end of the video, so keep watching
In this case we used the off cut from our first angle cut & replicated that to our half cut, we just placed it onto the half brick and marked that saw cut onto the half.
Lastly and most importantly, we apply the CT1 to the surface of our brick & press the two together.
Bosh, that’s all it is
My genuine reaction at the end of the video proves how good this stuff is, I really didn’t expect to be able to hold the brick like I did, just hanging there with no movement at all.
I’m well impressed with CT1 like, unreal stuff
