FYI Guys: Abs/Flat Stomach is about 30% Ab workout 70% diet. We can do all the situps we want, if we're taking in to much calories to where out bodyfat% is high, a 6pack wont register. Conversely if you barely do core workouts and have a super low bodyfat, you will have visible abs/flatness
