Sounds and looks delish! And im already thinking of a ton of other ideas for just the mini cakes since the recipe looks super easy and not a ton of ingredients, most that are on hand at all times. Thanks for shareing , I will be trying them very soon!

So the cookie is more soft ir does it have a crunch? It looked like a vanilla waffer at first so I thought it was crispy but then at the end pulling it apart it looks soft so what texture does it have?

These cookies are crunchy, but after you dip them in liquid, they become soft and fluffy like a cake. In Italy, they are known as savoiardi cookies, and in the US like ladyfinger cookies. But I'm sure every country has a name for this type of cookie.
