Hate to say this but in my country fraud like this sometimes can be happening and there no thing as police first, the fraud victim Will act as drama queen and his/her partner usual more than 3 man Will forcefully asking for money to pay their victim friend. And if you refuse to pay they Will punch you and Scream that you try to escape and usually people Will take a side with the fraud team and join hitting you
