Metin Doğan I have a pepper white mini too and put on a chili Red set of mirror caps.....it looks dupe, the pop of colour really looks great...do it !

Awesome video! But you past by a mtts2018 grill badge without mentioning grill badges or GO badges as a way of personalizing your MINI. I have a GO badge that says R55 on my grill.

"Dechromeing" not sure I am spelling it correctly, but covering all the chrome....would love a how to video on that. I watched one on the beltline tape, but wonder about door handles & rear handles. Those factory door handles are crazy expensive can you do it with vinyl? Just a suggestion.

40k car, but a few hundred for door handles are too much ? 😂

@@ekimandersom4478 Of course, they wouldn't be if I hadn't just spent 40k on a car! LOL, I guess when you grow up with a little you always are aware of spending a lot no matter whether you can afford it or not. My current car, a BMW station wagon was purchased in 2006 and I tried to balance the cost against the expected life of the car, quality costs more but should last longer to justify the expense. Fifteen years of use ended up meaning that the car actually cost less when measured against the useful life, plus I will still get money in trade in.

Hello. I really could use your advice please. I have just bought a Mini CooperD 2014 5 door hatch. I think this is an F55. Is it possible to have a union jack wrap for the roof? Thank you

@@TheMINIac thank you. Sorry to bombard you with questions but is it an easy thing to do yourself if you order the decals or would you advise a specialist? I've just bought a mini and would really love to give it a makeover with door graphics, bonnet stripes and a roof wrap - it has to be done of course coz it's a mini 😄 Cheers again. How come they don’t offer all these cool stripes or mirror colors, when you customize on the mini website?:( I was playing with it, but options were really basic.

Made decsion to order/customize my jcw mini 2020, but thinking lipsluxury blue with white top and black strips however not sure how dark it is would really appreciate it if you show it to us Minici ;). Dark color i think doesn't show the car look in dark places, so I'm thinking to go with White sliver new color. Would love to hear your opinion? Thanks

ModMini • Sep 27, 2014, 8:19 PM You bought the wrong car. The first generation 2002-2006 R53 Cooper S has a fully functional hood (bonnet) scoop.

@@TheMINIac surely then if it funnelled air onto the intercooler ,it MUST be regarded as functional lol .... btw both of the r53 bonnets i own(ones a spare) are open but meshed
