one of the things i personally love about the way they've done their representation, it's not forced, if you saw clips of these characters you'd have no idea, it isn't part of their character or pushed into your face, it's just there. up until the clip i saw kalder with his love, then kiss him, i had no idea he was gay, which is just good for this, no forcing it down your throat, ruining the character in the process, it's not even explained, which i like

Lagoon lad is in a poly relationship, i think dolphin might be gay too. The last four on this list have been lgbt sometimes but theres no evidence they are specifically in Young Justice yet (fair to good chance they are though)

This show actually properly has characters that are queer as opposed to a lot of characters in the comics these days because they put the sexuality before the characters. Also, the YJ keeps the action and intrigue front and center as they should. There is something for everyone in this show.

Not mentioned by anyone yet, but Fury from Infinity Inc. appears to be a trans woman, especially since she's voiced by a trans voice actress. It's also a nod to another Fury in the comics who changed her gender from male to female.

I never cared about the LGBT stuff. I was raised to see people as people. I wasn't supposed to care about race gender religion or creed, or sexuality As long as it wasn't needlessly shoved in my face constantly. In YJ S3 and S4 It was done to death it got, and in comics. It's getting so to the point where I can't tell who's who or whos what anymore. And it's infuriating, really. Now this persons gay that person's gay for real, though, where is the bottom? Changing the sexuality to suit a small percentage of the population for what?
