Salam from a Bangladeshi 🇧🇩 living in Canada 🇨🇦. I think Muslims in the Indian Subcontinent (ie India, Bangladesh, Pakistan) have kinda similar history to the Muslims of China 🇨🇳, many of our ancestors were Persians, Turks and Arabs. My grandma is a Bangladeshi woman with Persian ancestry. It's because of foreign traders and rulers who came to this region during the Golden Age of Islam through the Silk Road. Muslim rulers at that time created monuments like the Taj Mahal in India 🇮🇳 , the Lalbagh Fort in Bangladesh 🇧🇩 and the Badshahi Mosque in Pakistan 🇵🇰 , all of these are notable heritage sights.

Can you also make videos on other Hui regions such as Ninxia, Gansu ? Heard Ninxia used to be the heartland of Hui Muslims. Learned about Gansu braves , the huis of Gansu who took part is Boxer Rebellion and were sent by Qing empire to defend Beijing

浙江这边读书，小学初中高中班里只有一个少数民族，是回族，但是他不信教还吃猪肉，他妈妈是学校老师是回族不信教但不吃猪肉学校要专门给她一个人做不一样的饭，爸爸是汉族。然后他一直不理解为什么少数民族要加分，明明大家都是一样的教育资源，一直想主动放弃。到我们高考那年好像我们省变成只有民族聚集区的少数民族加分其他都不加了。到大学各种课才遇到的少数民族多一点，有维吾尔族的，藏族的，土家族的，然后感觉到的是这些少数民族同学学习都很认真（毕竟能考进top3学校之一了）但是西部地区教育水平是真的很明显和东部差不少，教育资源往少数民族聚集区倾斜是有必要的，但是那种只有身份证不一样的假冒少数民族还是别加分了，汉族人看不惯这些人占便宜，还侵占了向真正少数民族倾斜的教育资源。而且我妈妈自己也是老师，上学期有个来这边打工的维吾尔族学生家长来开家长会，家长一句汉语不会说找教室都靠比划，要达到和其他学生一样的水平得付出挺多努力，适当加分还是必要的。

是的，像我们这里的回族就没有加分政策。在偏远落后地方有针对少数民族的优惠政策还是很好的，能适当减少地域差距。
