If I remember right, she's a hostess at Fuddruckers has several kids and is separated or divorced twice. Georgie never married by choice and is a huge success as a Tire Store Owner. She probably wishes that she ended up like Georgie.

Oh my word, Sheldon and Missy are really becoming twin terrors in two different countries. They're pulling so many fast ones on their respective folks. I believe Missy became "responsible" in the beginning to fool the others so she can do what she pleases. Missy either lied or just snuck at night. Sheldon either lied or didn't tell everything. Either way, they are heading for a difficult path.

Besides, Sheldon hasn't even done anything outrageous in Germany and he only was travelling alone because Mary refused to do so. Missy became responsible because she was traumatized after tornado and she felt guilty. In comparison to her previous shenanigans, this is nothing.

Missy looks so much like my daughter at that age, her character is just as mischievous and willing to lie as what she was. The Young Sheldon show is kinda cool in showing how quickly children grow into young adults, from Georgie, Sheldon and Missy being so little when the show first started and now seeing them all grow into young adulthood. I hope that they do the spinoff with Georgie and Mandy

I hope missy is smart enough to not make the same mistake as georgie. I was proud of how mature she was but maturity isnt about having sex, it is about knowing when not to and how to look after yourself. I know she just wants to feel young because shes had to grow up and help out at home but i hope kissing is all she does with this older boy

To be fair with how overprotective her parents are, I'm not surprised she lied. I get that they don't want her to repeat their mistakes. But the biggest mistake is always trying to bury sex education and shutting it off. It's the southern way of doing things. Not having an open and honest dialogue about it like their parents did them and suddenly the cycle repeats itself. You can express to them that whilst you may not approve of underage sex. If they do for whatever reason, then they should be protected... and then punish them for having underage sex when found out.😅

What baloney! Missy is sophisticated enough to be carrying on a romantic relationship in circumstances that will result in sex, sophisticated to deceive her father about the sex of the person she is socializing with, and sophisticated enough to imply that her boyfriend is gay. She entirely willing to lie cheat and steal, and we already know that gets her in all kinds of trouble. Sheldon, meanwhile, is self disciplined and goal oriented, and will obtain the Nobel Prize he has set as a goal. It's a matter of character. Missy doesn't have it and Sheldon does.
