Your 9 to 5 job is ROBBING you of your life… and not only between the hours of 9 to 5… BUT 24/7!
Think about it… why do you even have your 9 to 5 job in the first place?
You probably were told by someone somewhere… that the right way to live is to serve time in a prison cell between the hours of 9 to 5… or maybe it 8 to 4… or 7 to 8...
Maybe your family, your friends, or society ingrained this false 'idea' in your head that you NEED to to have a 9 to 5 job because that's what everybody does. Everyone works a 9 to 5, so you need to work...
That’s the biggest load of BS I've ever heard.
You should never be afraid of success. Even though your friends and family may not support you, it will be by far the best thing you ever achieve in your life.
And worst of all… saying 9 to 5 makes it sound like it’s only consuming your life between the hours of 9 to 5… when in reality… your ENTIRE LIFE has been shaped by your job.
In reality, your 9 to 5 job entirely controls your location (where you live), your thoughts, your circle of friends, your diet, the time you spend sitting endlessly in traffic, your mood, EVERYTHING!
And ALL because you let OTHERS insert ideas and beliefs in your mind without you even knowing it... Ideas that go COMPLETELY against your goals and dreams, and your path to freedom and living your dream life.
"Lost time is NEVER found again" - Benjamin Franklin
Imagine you had a death clock stamped to your forearm that visible showed you how long you have left to live… would you live differently?
You’re imprisoning yourself for 90% of your adult life in a fabricated scheme that only enriches your boss, Wall Street, the government with taxes, and basically everybody but yourself just so you can hope to enjoy the last 10%, where you’re able to move an arm and a leg because you’re 70 years old…
IT’S TIME TO WAKE UP NOW!
Warren Buffett said…
‘If you don’t find a way to make money in your sleep… you will be POOR forever, and you will work until you die.’
Does that sound like a life you want to live?
Will you be happy knowing that when you die, all you’ve done with your life is enrich everybody else except yourself? Leaving absolutely nothing, you had all this talent you were given, all these strengths, yet you failed to act because you were trapped by LIES - and guess what, you paid for it with your life.
No matter how old are you are, where you are in your life - it's time to wake up... now you're aware...
When I was stuck working at my ‘prestigious job’ at the bank - I saw tons of people on social media living their dream lives, and it looked like what they were doing was online business…
So I decided to start my own online business, and even though there were failures, and there obstacles, I persisted…
I realized, the reason why I had NO OTHER CHOICE but to start an online business was because it allowed me to make a monthly income, in my SLEEP, without selling my life and my time for money.
The ONLY THING that will free you from indentured slavery in your 9-5 is an online business, there has never been a better time to start one…
Take action -- it's time to stand up and take control of your DESTINY.

Technically that's because you have crossed that moment.I always hated being a kid cause of all the exams and criticism I got in school,I wanted to be an adult so I can do what ever shit I want, now that I'm a adult I actually want to be a kid again(the time I hated when I was living in it)these might seem as great memories when we look back but I prefer saying I enjoyed every part of my life than saying I hated my lifestyle in the past but now it is a good memory.whats the point in not living the moment and feeling good about it afterwards.

Finally someone is saying something that makes sense. I don’t feel like it’s a crazy idea that this can’t be all there is to life!! My colleagues think it’s hilarious that I liken my office to a jail and tell them the blinds are the bars! I need an escape plan. This 9-5 soul-crushing existence where everyday runs into the next and your boss calls you AFTER 5 or you’re sacrificing your weekend because “you’re salary and we have to prep for the audit or you need to complete the (fill in the blank) report”, so it feels like I’m never *done* working!!! We’ve been brainwashed. Great vid!

When people work 9 to 5 they do cause it's easy to depend on someone else to pay them then themself. They believe the risk of losing income is much lower and they are super wrong because an employer can set you up to get fired if they want you gone and can just fire you and need no reason. You are not replacable if you work for yourself and only one who can fire you, is you.

But I can’t keep betraying myself & doing things that crush my soul. I’m at a point now I have to listen to my souls commands! I wanted to come here to meet new people & network about my KZfaq channel. I’m also in the process of writing a book of poems. I’m here jobless with little money but I can’t lie it’s been amazing to able to get rest, chill at the park, not being on a time schedule, & actually having the energy and time to work on my creative endeavors. No money but I’m fucking free. Wow

Get a part time job for a few days a week, live frugal, and rent a room, and work on a business and have multiple sources of income that you do and enjoy and that you can control the work load of and time you put in. If you ain't got much time to enjoy your life or more control over it then you ain't living you dying and not even putting up a fight to live.

I watched the whole thing. I can relate so much to this!!! Well firstly in my experience 9-5's are never really actually 9-5 because they will lay on so much work that you are forced to work overtime for no extra money. I am glued to a desk for nine hours with people who are essentially strangers who you would never be with in a million years otherwise! Whats more sitting on your backside for 9 hours a day also takes a huge toll on my fitness and all the office politics and bull**** have an impact on mental health. Also pay has no real correlation to how good of an employee you are (yes I know how much some of my colleagues earn through seeing their jobs advertised before they started etc). I want out I'm working on an escape plan!!

Realistically what are the chances of a average person like myself who isnt tech savy & knows nothing about E-Commerce, & online marketing/advertising being able to make a living from FBA or similar online business? I see so many people here on KZfaq selling dreams to desperate people & it makes me really cautious because its hard to sift through the BS. I would love to find a person who is actually offering a program that teaches the A-Z framework of how to be successful with online business. What do you recommend? Please be honest & realistic. Thanks!

And not only does an online business free you from dependency on selling your time just to make an income, without needing a university degree, and from being tied to a location... does online business allow you to live in another country with this income without needing a work permit? Do you need a work permit to do online marketing outside of your native country?

Thanks Dan Vas. Before watching this video I was thinking of starting a business and currently building a woocommerce store and will do Dropshipping to start out. But, I also realize why am I working a 9-5 job creating job with my programing skills for companies so the can get rich off my skills while I get 0.0005% in return. I realize that I can sell my own software. I was thinking of selling my own Word Press plugins and earn my true income. All I need is how to market it and once I get that I know I'm golden. I do 9-5 and and IT contract work its crazy. I'm so done and I'm in my early 30's. I cannot wait, until I smell freedom because I'm gonna escape the 9-5 prison.

I found it depressing at some point , it was fun the first couple months and then it get's monotone things get uninteresting and 5 days in a row was like it never was ending , just to have 1 and a half day weekend cause it was constant shift work to then work 5.5 days a week again. Do that for 11 months just so you can have a vacation off two weeks. while barely having any free-time like ever. Be one day off and you get messages from your boss telling you how because you did not show up for one day you are irresponsible and delays will happen while ranting about all negative outcomes of me staying a day home unannounced and calling you constantly. I felt not in control , like i was wasting time just for money that i don't care about at all. I rather get less and be left the fuck alone.

Great video! I appreciate this video because I am on a similar trajectory. I also have a KZfaq channel and so it pays me a little bit in passive income, and like yourself I am looking to harness the power of Amazon, more in the book section. Self publishing in other words. What I liked Most about this video is the idea that there is an awakening that we experience when we realize that working 9 to 5 and working to make somebody else rich doesn’t necessarily have to be our fate until we are 65 or even older. Once you start making passive income, it becomes addictive and you never wanna go back !

Most people would be better off working in IT or engineering and follow Mr Money Mustache than entrepreneurship imo. But yeah it sucks, I work a 9-5 from home making 250k and still routinely think about slitting my wrists at times. 6 more years of this hell. Society would be just fine if everyone worked 15-20 hour weeks, but the sheeple won't collectively do anything about it.

Agreed! Hell, I would love to quit right now, but at least for me the end is in sight (a little more than a year left on my retraining (incidentally: I am retraining to be an e-commerce trader (so running an online shop is what it is all about!), which is a relatively new apprenticeship here in Germany and I'll be part of the first regular graduating class!) and after that I will be able to for one negotiate better hours and I will be able to start my own thing on the side!)...I will NOT be working this dead end (and it is! I am working in a smallish company (25 people), so there isn't even promotions to look forward to!) for the next 30 years...not even the 10 or the next 5! No way! I'd rather end up homeless! Indeed, the 9 to 5 or 7 to 4 or whatever it is consumes you! Hell, it isn't even "only 8 hours per day" because there's things like preparing your lunch, doing the laundry, purchasing work-clothes, getting up at least 1 hour befor work (for people who don't have long commutes!), having a shower, eating a fast breakfast etc. etc. (tons of things you aren't payed for, but which are neccessary for work!)
