You should clarify about attorneys. They take an oath to uphold the Constitution for the United States of America to be a bar member. But, in court, they don't swear to tell the truth regarding that case.

Attorney's have no license their power comes from joining the club ( bar association ) look up the assoc. and who owns you! Natural man is natural law ( common law to man) vs legalese is statute " color" of law amended for the corporations certainly not us! I discovered a affidavit on the back of my GA. Live birth certificate. IDK !? But am trying to use it for correction if anyone has info plz text me.

Just fyi, regarding the US passport, you must complete it a particular way to obtain "national" status vs " US citizen" status. One with creator endowed rights, and the later with "privileges" in exchange for your "creator endowed " rights...a 14th amendment citizen, a slave.

Have you seen any tutorials on correcting the passport? What additional information should we include and will they allow us to start all over again versus renew? Two different forms.

In the explanatory statement, you must make certain "declarations " regarding your status. You can be a U.S. national and not be a U.S citizen (14th amendment person)...created by law not by the most high. He created man/woman.... not a "person". See legal definition for person. Codes and statutes are for "people"/fictitious entities, not a man or woman. Which are you?

I’m at the dealership and they are telling me that they do not sell car insurance and that I have to go out and get my own car insurance. I told them about title 15,1605 and they said in order for me to drive the car off their property that I have to secure my own insurance and they want me to put the car on another contract making that car collateral and they want to charge me taxes and gift my car which they claim is their car to the state and register the car w a lien from them and put state plates on it!!

I'm a car dealer in Texas, what you describe sounds like standard operating procedure, at least it's the way I do things to. I'm in the business of selling/financing cars, so I have a dealer's license (a GDN in Texas), and I have a finance license (from the Texas OCCC), what I don't have is an insurance license from TDI, because I'm not in the business of dealing with insurance. Instead the customer agrees to furnish the insurance, that or have the car repossessed until proof of insurance is provided, and the customer is the one who pays for the tow truck, it's not my fault that the customer violates our agreement. As for taxes, I understand that nobody likes taxes, but I have no say in that, it's something that they'll have to write a letter to their local congressman about. As far as liens, that's customary for any vehicle that is financed. But a lien is nothing to worry about, it gives the lienholder (me in my case, as I hold the debt to anything that I finance) a secured interest in the asset, meaning that in case of default we can take possession of the car (and resell the car if the customer doesn't come back for it), but that's only in case of default. As long as the customer keeps to their promises, it's as if the lien doesn't exist, and once the obligation is satisfied, the lien really won't exist because it'll be released.

I'm in a consumer law Facebook group and someone challenged me on the definition of "investigative consumer report". I remember you saying that they can't use that to verify accounts but this person in the group said that definition was only limited when it comes to dealing with housing or employment. They actually created a Trust. Grantor...(your mom and dad) Trustee (The State or State Of etc..) and beneficiary: the baby/birth certificate. We are the beneficiaries but they continually try and turn us into the Trustee.

Great class! Only thing is; the Passport is not man / woman either. That is why it is in All Caps. The U.S.A. is a Corporation too. the u.S.A. is not. Please stop telling people they are a natural Person. we are man and woman. Man and Woman cannot be charged in Commerce. Creator never created a Person; and is no Respector of Person(s). What school taught you to spell your name in all Capital Letters? Im sure you will delete this truth. Stay blessed
