I have rtx 4090 on my laptop and getting the same gpu incompatibility pop-up. If the video doesn't fix your issue. Try the 2 workarounds below: 1. • Choose Edit > Preferences > Technology Previews • Enable Older GPU mode (pre-2016) • Quit and restart Photoshop for the change to take effect 2. Disable the Intel UHD graphics card from Device Manager. Restart computer and run Photoshop It appears that Adobe is aware of this issue and will be resolved on the update.
