Is your Clio promo code just for The 'Zon, or could one go directly to their website, change language and currency preferences, and use it there? Asking because I'm Canadian, and Amazon has region-locked products between US and CA. It's super weird. NYX Glitter Primer? Can't get it. I've suffered similarly with some J & K Beauty items. Had to go through yesstyle, or one of their ilk (there's one here in Canada that either carries or drop-ships.... I can't remember the name, but that's where I had to go to get my Clio Kill mascaras.) Oh: warning! The different brown shades of Rom& (?) mascaras look suuuper tempting. Don't do it, dudes! It's this awful, gluey formula that took WAAYYYYY too much elbow grease to remove. My poor eyes were hurtin' units for days after.

I just got the Clio Kill Lash on your recommendation, but the extreme volume version because my lashes are naturally curly enough and OH MY GAWDDDDUHH. For me one coat is enough and it doesn't smudge during application or budge all day long, plus it removes cleanly without much effort at all. I'm in love!

Alexandra, this would be outside of any norm for you but within your capabilities. Any way to demonstrate color shifting on *cool-toned* olives? purples turn pink, taupes turn brown, berries turn red. It's one of the most marginalized categories in the makeup industry. Warm and neutral olives are more common. There are no decent videos on this phenomena.

Idk if it's just me but I'm just not getting the whole fake freckles/beauty mark thing - I see so many people enjoying it and I just can't do it effectively on me (already have beauty marks but can't accentuate them or put freckles on for the LIFE of me) so a video on enhancing your own beauty marks or something about effectively replicating a fake one would be cool (but not necessary, even if it's just a chatty one)

I used to make the 1s I already had just a lil bit darker bk in the 80s n early 90s lol. I stopped doing it by the mid 90s but I'm not too sure why. Maybe bc I had kids n didn't wear make up after my 3rd n 4th children were born. Now that I'm much older it seems like it looks goofy on me . I never thought I'd see ppl making freckles n beauty marks they don't have on purpose lol. I wish it still looked as cool on me now as it did when I was younger 😅.

Isn’t it crazy how the makeup beauty standard is you’re supposed to glow in places where there is no natural glow ( cheeks, temples ) and you’re not supposed to glow where there’s natural glow ( t zone ) Madness 😂

When I wear mascara for a longer period it starts to dissolve around the corners of my eye even though I'm always using waterproof mascara. I guess it's from the oils of my face that break down the mascara especially when I'm smiling a lot which I am 😅 Do you have any tips for that? how to contour neck trunk so the head doesn't look like it's from a different body like you have a nice delicate neck sitting under the center of your head but for example mine is a bit wider at the back due to high trapezii which makes my head look like it's leaning forward, others have fleshier necks, necks wider at the sides etc

I LOVING Korean cushion foundations lately! They usually come standard with SPF50+PA+++(+,even!), and are wicked-easy to reapply. I've also found this kind of solid-balm-y, clear, redness-fighting, cushion compact style SPF product that can be pressed over makeup to reapply SPF throughout the day. Same deal as above: SPF 50+ PA+++. I still have my regular SPF base underneath, but like setting your liquids with powders, it makes me feel like I'm getting that extra staying power. My inner germaphobe still squirms at cushion foundation, but I've found some workarounds to try to keep everything from turning into a makeup Petri dish as possible. If anyone is interested I'll share, but I'm already comment blathering as it is. Ditto for the aforementioned products. They're not Clio, so I didn't name them; I'm not tryna steal your promo code thunder, Alex. I'll actually use said code to stock up on Clio. Xo, Duder.

Can you say which brand you are using for the cushion ? And what shade name you would suggest for someone like me who has a complexion tone like Lucy Liu (with some ruddy cheeks).
