Season 9 for me I feel is the breaking point. This is it. Either they course correct and get us back to Season 7 quality of Paradise or the show is just gonna spiral further into mediocrity until it gets cancelled

Maybe they could come up with something new to bring past contestants together (like Bachelor Pad did). The beach has gotten old and this season was such a throw away. If they are going to continue with paradise they need to get it back in the schedule for summer airing too.

Sam was just there for the show and Pete was her beach hookup, that’s why she peaced out she casually at the end: Heard her interview on BHH and she is all about which shows are going to reach out and how much screen time she’s going to get-and good for her: she’s found her thing and knows how to make good TV-but actually finding a relationship was the last thing on her mind

That's why he was pissed that she brought up Rachel...and it was weird that Aven and Rachel were not in one single convo but her and Tyler were yucking it up. So many red flags.

Bach franchise has been doing this for awhile now. The had a jordan/jojo commercial one season, last year was a serena/Joe makeup commercial. Wierd for sure but they're semi-real commercials. They dont air during other shows but i bet they're legit paid by the brand!

as for Kylee and Aven...he realized he wasn't ready for an engagement with Rachel either and that's why he went home. so with that being said, she clearly didn't remember if the same way (how & why it ended) & it came off that she was more wanting to just get engaged on camera/tv than to just agree that you weren't ready & you want to leave together & continue to date. should he stop going on shows that expect an engagement after a short ass time? yes. but should the show stop pressurizing it as engagement or die? very much yes. like you CAN and SHOULD be able to agree to leave together as dating without it being like oh you don't wanna get engaged after 2 weeks, you must hate me. like the fake breakups (becca & thomas, noah & abigail) are stupid. both of them are now engaged/married a year after they were on the beach. & the other couples who got engaged, got married. but the way those couples were, are a complete 180 than what we saw this season. with this show, I don't think engagement is held to the same standard as like "normal" life...like getting engaged after 2 weeks, it shouldn't be shocking or held to a higher ground if they break up after they leave lol

I'm sorry but the Olivia praise is so annoying. The way she's acted via social media is so lame. Liking mean tweets, posting a weird fan edit of her & Kat the same day she announces her break up with JH. Not to mention then sharing their private messages about it afterwards, which is so disrespectful. Maybe Kat acted messy on the beach but with the amount of online harassment she's faced, it feels like Olivia is just rubbing salt in the wound.

I totally agree with Jess on the Olivia- Kat dynamic and story arc. I loved Olivia and how expressive and spontaneous she is. And it seemed like she ran into hurdle after hurdle While Kat, on a mere whim, waltzed into a finaleengagement with a guy she'd been dating for what, maybe 5 days?! WTF so annoying Bachelor nation!! I think this was the actual end of watching any episodes in any of their shows. Unless they were to do a dual Blake and Rachel as bachelor and bachelorette, where they could support each other. That being said, I don't trust BN to treat them right. So maybe they could be dual leads on some other show?

I feel like the whole jess mad at kat thing at the end was caus tanner was probably on jess' list before the beach and she told kat since they were friends n kat never said to her that she was also lookin forward 2 tanner. Then they get 2 the beach, kat already had brayden that was a puppy dog over her wen tanner came down so she would of been secure 4 a rose, yet jumped 4 tanner wen he asked her 4 the date instead of leaving him open for jess n jess was prolly blindsided by that. Flash to the last week and kat tossed tanner away like trash, jumped on john henry n they start florishing, jess n blake thing dissolves n now jess can take tanner 4 a test drive... DAYS from the end of the season wher theres no real chance 2 start anything. I feel like thats y jess was pissed, she ruined a potential 4 her being her friend and knew tanner was on her list then snagged him soon as he came down. My theory anyway. 🤷‍♀️

I may be in an unpopular camp here but I feel like Olivia was maybe just a tad too immature. Not that that is a bad thing but she’s definitely 24 years old. I feel like the men that she was going after may have sensed that as well and that’s why Michael had said we’re in 2 different worlds right now. In a few years and a bit more life experience she will make a wonderful wife and mother (if she chooses).

I hoped for a reunion so Kat could be asked about her antics...BUT I wonder if the reunion didn't happen bc this was filmed SO long ago, like it's december lol, so there was like no need to bring stuff up from 6 months ago? also like how long were these couples actually together? bc they were all "together" when the finale aired but then like a couple days after, all announced they were broken up...I find it hard to believe that literally within days they have the convo of breaking up and then have to follow up the post...so I do wanna know timelines!!! bc the finale, the social media launches, to the break ups days later seem unrealistic lol

100% agree with this. Olivia actually grew on me throughout the season but she is definitely not Bachelorette material. I don’t understand the constant hype around her pettiness. Olivia can be endearing at times but it is clear that she lacks self awareness and tact
