Ok as someone who’s been dating my best friend’s (twin) brother for 5 years, I can safely say I did not bring up anything to my best friend or to anyone else until her brother and I knew we were in it for the long haul and wanted to be in a committed relationship. Also my best friend really wanted us to date for years so she was happy lol. And she knew we would hang out as friends. So she saw it coming. I agree with both Evan and Jess, everyone is different and their situation is different. Sus out if your friend would be open to it, let her know you’ve been hanging out with her brother as friends at first or figure out your feelings with your best friends brother because it’s not worth getting everyone involved if you end up not dating!! It’s definitely an individual situation based

I knew Jess would come to Brianna’s defense. I'm going to say it, even my 13-year-old son found it painful to watch her contrived behavior and was so happy that it backfired. I love how Zach handled her production, opposite of limp biscuit Peter Weber. I would have liked to have heard Bekah on Briana's behavior. 🌺

Ugh, right? I don't believe people were saying things that were undercutting or that she was being physically blocked from talking to Zach the first night. She brought up to Zach the most "negative" thing someone said, which was Christina complimenting her. I think she was just jealous of Christina's date. Seems slimy to me.

It definitely felt like a producer said wow I can't believe she said that and tried to stoke the flames. And then they saw her feeling insecure the next day and said something to her like if Zack knew about what Christina said to you. Definitely felt weirdly produced.

The way that Brianna over exaggerated the comments Christina made makes me wonder if people were really actually blocking her? I don’t know. I just think Brianna has some insecurities which is common to see on this show. I really hated that whole scene to be honest, felt like creating drama over nothing.

To the second caller - I was in your exact position & moved in with my boyfriend before we were engaged. They will calm down, especially when they come to the realization that you are indeed starting your own life/family with this other person. Idk how old you are, but I'm 28 and they still couldn't understand the concept that I'm an adult and am able to make my own decisions. Jess was spot on about conservative families seeing themselves as one singular unit. When I told my parents I wanted to have an outdoor wedding in Montana (leaving much of my extended family unable to come, which was lowkey the point) they LOST IT. It took them about a month or two to really settle into the reality that THEIR idea of me having a traditional big southern wedding just isn't my personality. They still do hold a lot of the decisions over me because they're paying, but I'm learning to pick my battles with them. Stand your ground on the things that mean the most to you, but also, sometimes you just have to give a little. Main point: they'll come around and get over it eventually, I promise.

I just started mouth taping a few weeks ago and my gosh it's changed my life! But I agree, check on the sleep apnea for sure. Truly though, it's helped me sleep so much. AND, the tape you use doesn't zip your whole lip shut, fyi , so like , if you need to yawn or talk, you're not totally out of luck.

About dream cheating. There's dreams where I'm hooking up with someone other than my partner. But in those dreams, I don't have a partner, and there's no feeling like I'm cheating. And I'm more like Jess where it's like watching a movie, even if I have an inner dialogue going on. That's different from knowing in my dream that I'm in a relationship and doing it anyway. Or, it's like a horror movie and I'm watching myself cheat but can't stop it.

I’ve thought about the dream cheating predicament soooo much now that I’m engaged. I agree it’s not cheating if u catch yourself being aware and do it bc you are still sort of dreaming, curious, and it’s not real…. unless they are actively constantly doing it. At that point your looking forward to it. How is that different from having a wandering eye being awake? Idk lots of gray areas and all come down to intention

The movie they were talking about is called 'Yesterday'. A guy gets hit by lightning and there's a glitch in history and afterward the Beatles don't exist. The guy even Googles 'Beatles' with that spelling and it just came up with actual beetles. So he sings all these Beatles songs and gets really famous. It's a pretty good movie
