Thanks for answering my question! We recently got back from our lifestyle visit. Our Villages realtor was able to make a tee time for us at Mickey Lee Pitch and Putt. We ended up only playing 9 holes because it was SO hot, and there's no shade there! We met some really nice people there too. The day we left, the temperatures dropped more than 10 degrees and became less oppressive. Go figure!! 😅

The Homestead pool has pool noodles and a few toys available.

I think the owners have figured out the needing workers part & how to get them. They raised the amount of the bond to $42k the newest section and I hear $59k in Eastport. Add that to the outrageous price of the land $25 to well over $100k. The taxes in the south are high and everyone is feeling the insurance increases. I think a lot of people will need jobs to live there.
