The video is structured in a top-down way. That means that we first have a look at the full market and some general price levels. After this, we will dive into the details.
Specifically, this means that the video for the Ferrari F12 is split into a few parts. We will start by having a look at the F12 market. As you will see in the video, the market is relatively small, and the price variation is large. Especially the special editions such as the 70th anniversary edition demand a premium. We can see the same premium in the California market. After that, we inspect the depreciation numbers. The depreciation per year is relatively small and the curve seems to have flattened.
