Yo idk if u can but I think it would be cool if you shared analytics from the backend like revenue, visits, etc stuff like that so this way not only do you show the dev side but also maybe more of the business-isy side

Love this type of commentary where you talk about the experience of building your product out, like discussing the differences between solo projects and big tech projects. Do you use the same tech stack in your job? Are there skills you’ve built building your product which has helped your job performance or vice versa?

different tech stacks from work vs personal projects. And yep definitely a lot of learnings from work being applied to solo projects, primarily best practices on creating/launching features, design inspo, etc

Great work, I love that ! 🔥 I have a question, how do you handle the fact that the job title that the user write could be different but corresponds to a job that is already in the database ?

we create a unique job description for each user and we also create a unique id for every single job title so it's okay if there are duplicates :)

Really really loved the video i need a little help I am myself building a website myself but i keep facing a problem that since I have learned to code by myself there are a lot of things in backend where i find myself completely stuck so do you have any suggestions how i can speed up my coding and avoid these errors

honestly the #1 piece of advice is to keep building. It's hard to build things from scratch and i've definitely been there before but you just have to push through the tough parts unfortunately 😬 or you can try to use some no code automation tools like make.com or zapier.. you can get pretty fancy with those
