But its not their fault. There parents, its only natural that they worry about them and with the current situation, they believe they are putting themselves in a unecessary danger. The cover team had danger but one thing is fighting as a special ops or secret team unit and another being a public team with supervillains actively wanting to kill you.

They were getting on my nerves too. All this time and you thought they would understand by now that this is who they are and what they do.

Ares99999 albeit I agree that they have the right to be scared, their doing it for a good cause. I mean the light is turning the world against the league, the metas of their world need role models. The outsiders show the teens that despite what others may call or think of your powers are a blessing not a curse.

@Andrew D Artificial role models at best so far. The Outsiders are actually not nearly as great as they think they are. At least two of their operations were artificially-created, another major operation was won largely because a League member (Zatanna) came in 'incognito'. Before she came in, they were really struggling. At any rate, the fact that they are doing it for a good cause is probably the ONLY reason their parents aren't shutting it down. The parents are also right that by becoming 'celebrities', they're painting a very big target on themselves. I'm sure it's always been a great comfort to parents who lost a son or daughter and were told "He/she died for a great cause." (Hint: Almost all of them would trade the 'great cause' for their kid's life in a heartbeat). And, just so I'm clear: Eldorado Jr. is a real piece of shit towards his father, being actually OUTRAGED that his dad might in any way be concerned.

Ares99999 well for the father thing they’re relationship has always been kinda shit based of last season. And yes you’re right they are artificial but it doesn’t make the message their trying to send fake. It isn’t about being a hero it’s more about showing they don’t have to be ashamed or afraid of their abilities. The target they had let’s be honest that covert ops thing they were doing the big bads already knew the existed so it’s not like they didn’t already have a target. I do get that for a parent they kid dying is always gonna be hard. But I’d rather know where my kid is then worry about them sneaking out and doing it. You do make good points all I’m saying is they message is a good one for their world and the parents albeit having every right to worry should at least trust them because it’s not like they already weren’t in the deep end.

@Andrew D To a parent, their kid dying is generally not 'hard', its devastating. Some never move on from it, and those who do tend to have psychological scars. That sort of damage shouldn't be dismissed.
