Unfortunately, the RCIA personnel make are wrong interpretation. It doesn't mean that if you haven't any connection to Canada you can't manage a job offer. There is a chance for international candidate to find a job offer through the Canada job website. There are a lot of job advertised over there.

I applied for Canadian visitor visa since 70 days ago as I have all the conditions that you must have it if you want to get visa without obstacles for rejection as an official documents with financial status including bank account with title deeds for properties and long history of travel including Schengen area and UK but unfortunately today I was disappointed when I received an email from Canadian immigration visa office that I wasn't got a visa but instead I rejected and the causes first they are not sure that I will return back to my country so what else should I provided to believe me and how do they know that those who already got visa they will return back ? Do they have a magician stick ? The second reason that I am single and I don't have strong family tie in my country , the question is : are you sure that one have a family when he gets visa they don't applied for family gathering later on ? Is it normal that I put this obstacle as you should change your social affairs and get married in order to satisfy those responsible of the office and what you do after 2 years when you with USA and Mexico organize the football world cup what's the decision about giving visa to those single or not .......??????

I live in UK ,I work for mental health and learning disability and autism patients,i have 3 years experience in care for elderly people, honestly when I heard I was ready to apply but how to apply 😅 I will pass English language exam ok no problem,three years experience in care, all visa process through legally, BUTT again same question how I search a caring job in Canada while I am in UK, which care home will offer me job, which company will offer me in caring job,or how I search through online? It is good news for getting PR but also complicated aswell I spoke to someone in Canada on phone he said people charge 40K or 50K pound or dollar for this caring job offer 😡😡😳I can’t pay this huge amount, why don’t they give visa on Marit basis, is this your equal opportunity? Is this your merit system? You must take interview online in English, you must ask relevant question which applying in caring, Relevant experience And see if the applicant is ok on your requirement them gave them visa simple….

My POV; u can reach on visitor visa & then apply directly to care homes in smaller cities or countryside. Whatever you heard about paid jobs, is reality. But without middleman cost is not that high. Direct employer will benefit in all means. Never lose hope

People only think of PR but they don't know how tough these jobs are like PSW and Caregiver. You have to care for a person like you care for babies means clean their poop and their everything. And I don't think Indians, Pakistanis and Nigerians would do it. This is the reason the government wants to bring people from outside because people here in Canada don't want to do these jobs ans don't forget the pay is between $17 to $20 not more.

Hello Ma'am, i have a question related to my PR application: Question 10 of CRS calculator - Do you or your spouse or common law partner (if they will come with you to Canada) have at least one brother or sister living in Canada who is a citizen or permanent resident? Don't get too excited. Canadian global immigration is capped at 485,000 annually and it is for everybody. There are more important categories than carer visa people like nurses, pharmacists, doctors, skilled construction workers etc. and millions of international students. These carer visas will be a small token number to keep certain groups to shut up. There are almost 3 million temporary residents here already. The CDN immigration is a mess now. Hope next Conservative government will clean up some and there are not too many jobs either.
