just one correction - Police clearance is nor required for all the skilled visa job categories and only as mentioned on web site. example - an IT skilled worker wont need a PCC

The Start date mentioned in my CoS is 3rd May 2023, but I intend to actually start on 29th May 2023 and hence my date of arrival in the UK shall be 27th May 2023. What would be visa vignette validity initially? I think it will be issued for 1 month. If I fill as 31 Jan in "Date you plan to arrive in the UK", then visa validity will be from 31 Jan to next one month? or 15 Jan to 15 Feb ( something random date between 31 Jan)? or visa vignette validity is considered from visa application submission?

Hello mam I have applied for UK skilled worker health care visa on June 16th 2022. It was switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2. I got my visa approval on September 8 2022. My COS stated a 5 year sponsorship for me. But my visa is approved for the time period 8th September 2022 to 17 July 2027 ( 4years and 9 months). I think this will affect my ILR. Is there anything that I can do. Please advise.
