It’s a very southern bred thing to do. I have a lot of family that reminds me of lee Ann. My uncle once stubbed his big toe on a stone step. It broke his toenail and he started bleeding everywhere. he just pulled the nail off and wrapped a convenience store napkin around it.

Got second degree burns he rushed me to 711 to hold a slurpee. We were from CA like generations before so idk about it being a south thing. A stubbed toe I feel like everyone would just pull off the toe nail.

I hope they do more of these. It was nice to shit on Bert. Like a fresh of breath air. He makes me so mad sometimes, I just can't do it. I've never liked his podcasts, and Tom brings the best out. Sometimes he's been too much lately, going through it as a clip show with Lee Anne is a good break.

Even more apparent when the episode he did with Dr. Drew came out and he talked about needing treats and having treats in life. Not only was it hilariously articulated but so so so sooooo accurate and spot on in my adhd brain. I’m a 30 year old woman and I have continuously related to so many things about Bert as I’ve watched him over the last 8/10 years 😂

My turnaround on Bert is usually about a half a week after the podcast, sometimes longer, like after his ice cream take I was pissed at him until the kool aid incident humbled him again. Ultimately it all boils down to annoyance with how oblivious he is that some of his occasionally toxic behavior isn’t normal and is likely a product of his relationship with his father.
