What a breath of fresh air. The power of starting philosophical to open the doors to get the ball rolling with practical = Start with WHY you want to do what you want to do, WHAT to do it will naturally follow, HOW you do it will follow and everyone's blueprint is different. What works for me will not necessarily work for you and vice versa. Winning requires building systems into our own lives that allow us to win" make it appealing to you. make it easy. set yourself up for success. what looks good? taste good? feel good? sound good? smells good? do what works for you. Life is about momentum. feeling good about yourself and giving yourself the best shot possible to evolve. First, unshackle yourself with the delusion that we play w/ a different set of rules than the ones that govern the universe. Winning means understanding yourself and life so that you can be someone who rigs the game in your favor. Only when you understand the RULES of yourself AND Life is when you get the opportunity to rig the rules that work for you. Aristotle - understanding yourself is the beginning of all wisdom. Until you've truly captured what you want and how you're preventing yourself from getting it - You Simply Cannot Operate At a High Level. You will never be perfect. Position the best of you to outduel the worst of you. It will take you a lot further than staying where you are and waiting for wings.
