This was an exquisite performance! She's so fluid! The difference between and average dancer and a good dancer is less the movements and moreso their transitions. This was a joy to watch ❤️

AMAZING!! Allls I know is she better be dancing somewhere. That gift. That time and commitment to her artistry.....has to be shared with other folks. Just saying. Never stop dancing EVEN if you never get paid or get claimed by a dance company or Broadway production,. Such beauty and power ESPECIALLY by Black artisans must be shown to those around them, particularly those who LOOK like them the infinite delight of dance. Just saying.

Yes, she knows how to dance. And she's skilled in more than this style. You may not care for this type of dance, but different strokes for different folks.

She seems very capable, but this felt less like dancing and more like a gymnastics routine.

What is and isn't contemporary is constantly evolving. For some in the concert dance community, anything that isn't ballet or modern is by process of elimination, contemporary.
