I think that the biggest problem with KZfaqrs now is their lack of strategy. Like they upload everything straight away, and then they run out of ideas very fast. This business is about constant uploading, but not too many times per week (and also after I upload something, I use a bit of Famester to make that piece of content instantly viral and popular). It's better to upload like once or twice per week, and it also helps to avoid burn out.

This is something i struggle with as a new content creator. I keep going backwards in my mind. I want to be myself and what i like to do then i watch videos of similar content creators and i keep wanting to do what they do. To see them get thousands of views and me do a video on that same content which may only get 100 on a good week is hard. I see the value of being yourself though. Because in the end the ones that do subscribe are truly going to be loyal to your channel. It's just a long road and a lot of struggles. Great video and to the point.

Im all for this change since I would love to make some sort of cinematic video essays compared to absolute junk food my youtuber friends tell me to do, I think of it like an art and the perfect story can captivate an audience and inspire them to think outside of the box and do something great

hi I am French and on our side also many authentic youtubers are starting to take more and more place. (French example: Feldup , TheGreatReview ) And to have the feeling to say what predestines you not for a statistic but for a human is frankly good. This is why the biggest KZfaqrs in France keep this authenticity and honor even if hundreds of thousands of euros are at stake. And I also watch a lot of American youtube and I think it’s clearly something you miss

@SeanSimmonsFilms13 күн бұрын
Honestly in my opinion, your videos just needs more of a hook for viewers to grab onto whether they be thumbnail or an intro. I love the vibe of the videos though and hope to see your channel improve!
@jennuinn13 күн бұрын
@@SeanSimmonsFilms yo thanks for the reply!! I’ve tried a few different thumbnails. I have some w a quote from the video, others w weird food that was involved in the video, and then the latest episode w just the guest (since that’s what Sean Evans and Amelia Dimoldenberg have done). As for hook I try to incorporate like a funny bit- is that not strong enough? But thanks so much ♥️ subscribed to your channel btw, excited to help you grow as well!
@SeanSimmonsFilms13 күн бұрын
@@jennuinnWe are in very different nieches of content but I know podcasts usually have a cold open of some sort so that’s good. I would say outside of like pure production quality (composition, editing, set, etc.) the best thing you could do is see what thumbnails and titles do well in your nieche and take inspiration and then hopefully your comedic bit at the beginning will hook the audience in after they click.

________________________________________________ Thank you for reading. ________________________________________________

Damn Sean, straight to it, no BS, great insight! And just absolutely nailed the facts, especially with Sam Sulek, the man has *NO* fancy thumbnails, just a screenshot from his videos, he also uses *NO* video tags or channel tags, just himself, doing his thing, and people can relate, KZfaq clearly favors originality and authenticity for the most part, he also makes a cool $30K+ per month from KZfaq Adsense alone!
