What strikes me is that this guy at one point looked completely ordinary, like if he had gotten proper counseling at was led in the right direction he could’ve become someone super likable. He has a drive for humor and a personality that, though eccentric, is attractive to some people. I have both ADHD and Asperger’s and I consider myself extraordinarily fortunate to have been given the chances and opportunities I was given, people like cobra are fascinating to me because I recognize a lot of his emotions and immaturity. The feeling of not belonging is familiar and is something that needs to be addressed early on, which for him it was not. Everyone has the potential to become a lolcow, or “weirdo” and with people like this, excusing the stuff that is morally reprehensible, there are moments where I cannot help but sympathize.

I don't think it was mentioned in the video, but his dad Clint has said he had Josh in counseling for years until Josh turned 18 and decided himself he didn't want to go anymore. I think there's a chance maybe at this age if he got counseling it could help, but he's got oppositional defiance disorder and hates being told what to do but who knows he could try

Every day I am thankful my parents took me to specialists early in my life for Asperger’s (yes, ik that’s outdated, but that’s what they called it back then). They didn’t let me move ahead from 1st grade to 7th grade, took me to a lot of different types of therapy, and worked with my sensory issues daily. I feel like I would’ve followed a much worse path like this guy if it wasn’t for my parents getting me help. Time to go thank them once again!

I used to be a pretty bad alcoholic. Along with an addiction powerful opioids, I drank a quart of straight rum every day. I feel kind of bad for KingCobra.. He had puff for very short period of time. He adopted puff from a neighbor in his building that had puff for years prior. He loves his puffer.

I've been in the Cobes community a couple years now, it's been a wild ride, I've watched countless hours of his old videos, clip channels, documentaries. I love that you added some slightly more obscure info to this video, made it more fun for someone who already knows all about the guy. For example, I don't think I'd ever heard about this Bleak Rainbow chick. The # 1 thing I wish we knew more about in early Cobra lore is Damien's sex cult. Stephanie has elaborated vaguely in later interviews, said even Couch Chris almost got roped into it for a place to stay. It has to do apparently with some kind of Wiccan type magic. This cult was just so casually part of Cobra's universe and I must know more. So bizarre.
