Contacting KZfaq Support can be HARD at the best of times. But KZfaq have now made it easier for you to contact their Support team and get your support issues answered by them,.
In this video I show you where to go, what to do and how you can contact KZfaq's support team.
One thing you do need to contact KZfaq Support is Monetization on your KZfaq channel.
KZfaq require that you have Monetization on your channel in order to contact them. So you need 1000 Subscribers and 4000 hours of WatchTime in order to get Monetization.

My old KZfaq channel was hacked, I no longer can get into it and it was attached to a phone that I no longer have. You can plainly see it as me but there is one video in particular that went viral .... it's a funny video so that's fine , LOL , but if they can't help me get into that KZfaq which people can clearly see it's me, I wish they would just take it down because someone else has control of it and that's that cool.

I'm just trying to get ahold of somebody to find out why they "warned" me about a comment I made that was supposedly borderlined bullying, which I would never bully anyone! They didn't even tell me which comment, so there's no way for me to even know what they're talking about to dispute it 🤷

Hello. I cut out part of my video with KZfaq video editing. Audio has been shortened, but video hasn't changed and ads have appeared. The video is unusable. Everything is fine in the KZfaq studio with my video. There it has changed. But on-air video is horrible. Maybe someone knows what I can do. Thank you.

I like your comedic approach. Please, the next time you're chatting with you tube help, advise them that most videos don't make since till the last few seconds of the video. And so, when they cover the screen with next choice shortcuts, it covers up the finale of the video you just watched, negating the reason you just watched the thing to start with. Wait to put the shortcuts up till the video is done playing! THANK YOU.

I have a question. My most recent video is not showing up on my home page under "recently uploaded". This has never happened before! If I click on content I can still find it, and it plays fine. Not only that, it is getting views and comments! So it must be visible to the public. But it is not appearing on my home page anywhere that i can find. The one from the day before is still there. I did check to see if it was mistakenly listed private, and it is not. I made one small edit when I posted it, trimming the length at each end by a few seconds (using KZfaq editing). It processed quickly and normally. There are no copyright violations or claims. Nothing wrong with it at all, so why is it not listed? I need it to show up, not only for people going on my home page but for my own records. I post every day and it would be hard to keep track of anything that does not show up. Would reuploading help?

I need help and I'm praying you can answer my question. I am new to uploading video's on youtube I need to free up space on my computer by moving my video information but I'm afraid that in doing that my videos here will stop working. When you upload a video to youtube is it still linked to your computer or does it stand alone in youtube's server, cloud where ever it goes after uploading? I know this might sound stupid but I put a file on face book and after eliminating it from my computer it vanished on face book so that's why im asking. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hello David, I can't get in touch with KZfaq support because something very mistakenly has happened for 3 years now. I am a well known singer/songwriter and studio musician that plays with some of the best artist in the music industry. They have had my videos frozen by some error for 3 years as I have stated above. And reduced the views that were in the thousands originally. As well as my subscribers. No way has not one person viewed my videos in 3 years! Now they have my name on another Joshua's videos that is not my videos. This huge problem is not a matter of it hurting my career in the big picture it's just the principle of the mistake that is hurting me. Channel was monetized and then it wasn't, with no warning. Went into Monetization and did the verify procedure with phone. Still says I have errors for AdSense. I did what you said but it doesn't give me a chat option. I'm guessing because I'm not in the partnership program even though I was before, which is what I need restored. It's a catch 22.

Love the app but there's a BIG issue I'm having. I'm not able to Live Chat. When I open up a friends (or anyones) Live Stream and post a comment it'll disapear within seconds! Please let me know if there is a fix. Only this account has this issue. My secondary account is able to Live Chat.

My issue is with a 6400 Dollar Subsidies video with false advertisement. Just saying I am shocked that KZfaq would allow this on their channel. Try to send in over 5 complaints to youtover the issue. But they want to charge me $5 to talk to them. Your video was very informative. I really appreciate. It was helpful and plan on trying your method first thing in the morning

I ended up by accident in incognito which doesn't let you do anything that you have saved to do like watch a saved movie or TV show or listen to your music so I decided to do a search based on what you said and I went to KZfaq and put on the magnifying glass. Then I searched for KZfaq feedback believe it or not it showed up and I had some questions for them not only was I in incognito I also had Portuguese closed captioning and I don't speak Portuguese I'm trying to learn a little Spanish maybe a little Italian I got a little sidetracked on my Danish I couldn't get the alphabet letter that looks like a capital a and a capital E on one leg so I got sidetracked because I couldn't get past that point and they don't have a keyboard for it but that still doesn't mean I know Portuguese English yeah American English not British English because there is a difference I have heard a commercial with Brits talking to Jerry Seinfeld and trust me didn't understand the word of it or maybe they just made sure I wouldn't understand the words they used Jerry Seinfeld if you're out there and I'm talking to the wrong person in the commercial I'm sorry. That tends to happen as you age. I also had set up my KZfaq way back when and at that point in time only had one email now that email I removed but all my by this and by that b u y is connected to the first email and I want to change emails and still keep the same card so I had some stuff to talk about hopefully somebody will figure it out cuz I got one phone charging at 1%, and well hopefully by now it's up to 5:00 percent or so or maybe 10% I don't know where to look for those percentage marks but I'll leave the other one up there my phone is my only television at my age I don't want to have somebody walk in and hook me up my TV because you don't know where they've been and who was sick with the covid thing so my phone is my lifeline and I've only got a couple of them thanks for hearing me bye

How can I extend the pause time for shows on KZfaqTV? I take my dishes in the kitchen in the sink to rinse off and then put into the dishwasher, come back into the living room and my show is gone! I can't even go to the bathroom and brush my teeth before my show is gone that I was watching. I want to extend the pause time for the shows that I watch so I'm not always starting from scratch every time I have to get up for something!!

been having a strange issue with comments appearing (small amount readable) in my notifications, when I check the video it says there is a message, yet if I click it then it says there are no messages and I can't get access to the message I know is actually there because it told me part of the message in notifications and it shows a message on the video. I already tried clearing cookies and setting all filters off and also making sure the channel is not set to the videos for children option. Running out of ideas, but the blockage of messages also appears to be only affecting regular viewers who comment, which is a nightmare :D

I searched this up bc everytime I gain subs I lose them which is obv normal but the thing is I lost about 10 just a few Mins ago and I’m a small channel so I couldn’t lose that many subs in just a few mins so I can’t tell if there subs bots or not but even if they are my views don’t go down too which is very weird idk what I should do abt it…

I have two computers with 2 different KZfaq accounts. I had a 2-month trial I sign up for the Premium account. Then I sign up with other computer and it only gave me a 1-month trial. Why is that?

Hello David, just few days ago I lost control /ownership on my You tube channel. It was not monetized yet. Some spammer make that email invalid linked to my You tube channel, i watched some videos and tried to transfer to another email, during that process, i got error 403, and I lost my channel. Now it's on the you tube but without my hold. It had 88 videos, i am too upset, can you please help me ?

Here’s the thing, I have a legacy account that IS monetized with the google adcents feature and they owe me money to this day but I don’t know my old log in info and my old phone number as well. They’re both at least 7 years old. So wtf am I supposed to do? I’ve tried everything. I can even send them videos and pictures of current me bc the old channel I had was bodybuilding related so it’s SO easy to prove that it’s me....

Hey, great video. Before September 26, my channel was getting 3-7k views daily but now I get anywhere from 10 views to 50 views. This happened so suddenly and I do not know why, which is what’s frustrating me the most. I didn’t get any email from KZfaq telling me why this has happened to my channel. Please help me.

My channel has been directly been sabotaged and viewers and subscribers can't even find the channel. My gaming site is simply being ignored and it is worse than banning. People are just shown fake videos of me and then they unsubscribe. My channel has 172 videos with gaming videos of AAA titles like Red Dead Redemption 2 and Plague tale. I have seen people with 25 videos have 100,000 plus subscribers. I have 35! My dreams are being slaughtered. US related tried to frame me and constantly lied about me. I was blamed for a lot of things but I simply don't understand why countries like America have so much control of youtube. Every attempt to contact youtube has failed.

Does this still work? I have an issue… I got 1,000 subs and 4,000 watch hours and got monetised, but I couldn’t claim the money until I sent them either: An ID, Passport, or Drivers Liscence. I don’t have an id or drivers so I sent them I pic of my passport. I accidentally sent them a picture of my expired passport and got denied to be monetised, which makes sense. So I sent them another picture of my new passport but they still didn’t accept it, even though it was perfect. Since it was my second time sending them a picture, I now can’t even send them another picture, meaning I can never get the money that I have earned. Does anyone know how I can actually call someone at KZfaq?
