I don't see the "create" icon on top below my youtube videos...is this because my channel is for kids? Is there any way I can turn my videos for kids channel into shorts? Please advise.

Ok so can someone pls answer this question. I got a community guideline warning from one of my shorts I took the policy training my appeal got rejected. It says the warning will expire in 90days. Imagine the 90 days has past so if I break another community guideline rule or policy will be it be a strike or jus another warning?

Im here because KZfaq thought they were sly when I was trying to buy a series which first said “season 1 : from £7.99” so was like sure why not, click on it and its £8.99 for season 1? Click on that, HD is £9.99 and SD is £8.99, press on the SD option then they try to charge me for £9.99?
