To do shit legally it's expensive, use a file and 5 minutes and make any uzi full auto but that's long term federal jail time and highly not adviseable. Auction bought, tax stamp federally transferable full auto weapons are expensive but worth it and absolutely a fine example of why this country is great. Also to edit they are also no longer made domestically or by any substantial international company, basically all stores are army surplus from rando nations like the other person and yeah hughes act and other laws and bills just read about it.
