People like this usually tend to just throw things against the wall, hoping that it somehow gets missed by the people theyre suing, and the judge orders a "default judgement" since they didn't respond. They're also hoping to punish the people they're suing with time and legal fees, since they are "representing themselves" they think they're gonna come out ahead in the cost battle. Meanwhile a lawyer can just draft a request for dismissal and submit for legal fees under Anti SLAPP laws.

Going through the document is surreal. He clearly doesn’t know anything about practical law and just sort of makes vague unfounded claims with no backing. In the complaint of a lawsuit (the original document you submit to the court laying out who you’re suing and why) you’re allowed to make short claims that aren’t exactly substantiated. The opposition then files “the answer” which admits or denies claims in the complaint. You then substantiate the claims later in evidence. So technically he can make these silly claims and the court will see them as true, but all claims need to be substantiated and backed by evidence later in the trial. Also, if this is a copyright case… yes, everyone’s work is inherently copyrighted automatically. But, if that copyright isn’t registered with the copyright office, then he can’t sue you for damages ($) for infringing on his copyright. All he can do is ask the court for an injunction, which prevents you from posting his clips anymore without his permission. This seems like a frivolous suit.
