That's another problem I have with this game's story. Absolutely nobody on a team called The Suicide Squad should have any kind of plot armor. Kind of defeats the purpose of them being expendable assets

@@RintTheReaver It just sucks because even if it is new devs, they should've looked at the work the old ones did and understood the character instead of making him just an annoying NPC who shouts cliche lines like "JUSTICE! VENGEANCE! I AM THE NIGHT!" because that's not how Arkham Batman is at all. I get he was being brainwashed by Brainiac and that should be the excuse, but it's a pretty bad cop out considering after everything he went through he continued to keep his composure and move forward. As for the game itself, it's just the typical devs thinking it's the game people want when they don't. The Justice League getting taken out by 4 thugs with guns is pathetic when Batman has already dealt with Harley and Deadshot without any hassle.

Another thing that doesn’t make sense: Batman in this game kills yet he for some reason knocked the Suicide squad down when he had the opportunity to kill them. But he did not extend such mercy to nameless police officers because I guess they were not important for the writers.

The fact that he resorted to using Fear toxin is the dumbest thing Man can imagine

First of all its not his last role, second of all, rocksteady didn't know he was gonna pass away back when they were making this game. Its disrespectful to batman not to kevin conroy.

Not all the old employees left. Here's the main problem: Rocksteady didnt write the game. Full control of writing and cutscenes was granted to Sweet Baby inc.

Depends on the circle, most people I know had an issue with PC port and some story elements and some of the Bat-Tank but that's it.

Would also suck. They did it, so they should go through with that route. Just end the Arkham verse at this point

@kirak1561 There was an awsome animated Arkem verse for the suicide squad that had a way better deadshot and even kingshark.....Not to metion whenever the Joker and Btaman we're there they were exactly like thier game counterparts.....Awsome and well respected, who knew people that know and would want to be a part of the project made a good product instead of just moving on to the next thing and expecting to get work

Apparently batman killed Tim Drake.... you can see his mask on the floor covered in blood in the batcave. I'm not sure what happened to the rest of the bat family though

Sadly we don't know, we know Tim is sadly dead but don't know what happened to the others even though Batman does mention them by name before his boss fight.

Plus you'd think after playing all 3 Arkham games that the Arkham batman would've been last person being controlled. Like scarecrow tried to get into batman's head in Asylum even he stated that the amount of fear toxin that was put into batman's body would've broken any man. In city when batman was probably at his sickest moment because of joker, Mad Hatter came and tried to control batman but even after that he resisted it and defeated mad hatter. In knight well we all know joker was gonna take over but batman locked him away in his mind. In summary, Arkham batman shouldn't have been that easily to control. Especially when it came to the bat family since he wouldn't let any harm come to Tim.

Yeah that's what I've noticed as well, most of the male justice league were shot up, humiliated, and mocked before their deaths. Meanwhile WW is the one who had an honorable death while trying to stop one of her friends.

The Arkhamverse batman was insane,he beat like 10 villains in one night and NOW im supposed to believe he was killed by 5 b-list villains?im with you man,if rocksteady survives they are probably gonna retcon the whole game in the next Arkhamverse entry.

Plus Arkham batman shouldn't have been that easy to control, like in Asylum when scarecrow injected his 3rd dose of fear toxin into batman even he stated that the amount batman took would've broken anyone's mind. In City when batman was at his sickest moment the mad hatter came tricked batman and tried to control him, but even after that he broke free from his control and won. In knight when joker was about to take over his mind, batman pretty much came on top and locked joker away from his mind. So out of all characters in the justice league, the Arkham batman would've been the last person to fall into brainiac's control.

The original team who made the excellent Arkham trilogy (wb games Montréal made origins) left to make a new studio.
