Normally, the "Broken" training is done during the season, before the competition
You can predict the competition record so I recommend you to include it for 1 to 3 times in your training if you're preparing for the masters competition.
The rest time in-between is 5 seconds, and after the whole 1 set, give enough rest.
It'll be good to have an image training of yourself swimming gladly through the video.
