Did all these incomplete monsters have stats or did the Libra mod add the stats to them? Also Golgoil’s attack range is crazy to me. Three range attacks are good, but being able to hit anything within two spaces is awesome. You can basically set Golgoil anywhere and not have to worry.

Some of them had some stats. Oak did changes to most of their stats. Some like hoshiningen don't have stats yet. By this I mean, they have stats, they just aren't balanced stats. like having 7 mp cost

How did you get monsters like BLS and Dark Elf? Would love to play with them but I havent seen any other libra mod lets plays be able to get them :/

BLS is available on a dark symbol from Ishizu 2. You have to use an external program to get dark elf. It should be in the ng+ when that comes out.
