Thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately though, it’s not the same as actually playing a third howitzer; for example, you might be in need of a third one while not having the magnet reverse in hand, instead, if you have a third one in your extra deck, it can be summoned whenever you need it 😔

@@Paepp Im still not convinced at all by the battle ancient gear skill, just because you need to have golem in the field to get the poly and not even in your hand, but in your field...and you also need to activate the skill FIRST before normal summoning a free poly isn't that great to be honest, and ALSO special summoning from the deck is very valuable, thats why i think the medieval skill is better alongside catapult, gear town and fortress

I know what you mean, and of course this skill seems super bad compared to the newest ones but look at the free poly from another perspective: it’s not just the poly, but the fact that it turns your golems into poly searchers; so what happens is that now you have 6 monsters that enable fusion summon or, more practically, that gives you access to your only way to survive going first: howitzer 🤓 If you don’t play this skill, you’re only gonna have hound as an access to howitzer or a combo of a minimum of 2 cards (geartown+ something that destroys it) 🤔 Now, it is true we also have catapult as an additional access to hound special summon (and consequently access to howitzer) but I still love the fact that I could potentially otk my opponents just normal summoning the ag golem ultimate pound and attack 3 times inflicting piercing damage 🤓
