Yu-Gi-Oh! mixed with British history's iconic war. Yeah, no wonder this game kicked ass.

This was the first Yugioh game I've ever played. And I remember this game confused me beacause the rules were different than the Official Card Game but as i got more into it I got more addicted. This game is way better than Decade Duel plus in my opinion. Great childhood game :)

I haven't played this game in years, but that guitar solo never fails to pump me up. This and the opening from DBZ Budokai 3 are some of my fav intro songs on the PS2.

Forbidden Memories, Duelists of the Rose's, Falsebond Kingdom are the games I grew up with during the PS2 and Gamecube era; I was fortunate to have both systems and while I did enjoy Kingdom Hearts 2, Resident Evil 4, Pikmon, WWE Here Comes The Pain, and many others the YuGiOh games are the ones I've come back to cause well I wanted to grab every card

I’ve always believed that yugioh should’ve somehow implemented the rose duelist as a character somehow, like in a tournament arc where a side character has to face someone who never shows up, but is confirmed to have been the rose duelist in some way, maybe have greyed out rose cards scattered in his possessions when he is warped through time and space, and maybe show up some time later in the series, it would be a big enough character to warrant their own series afterwards I’m not the only one who wants to see a protagonist lose to the rose duelist while this theme plays in the background am I?

At 0:44, you can see the "windows" at the corners of the maps in duels for several different monster types (the ones with red backgrounds appear on the Lancastrian side, and the ones with white backgrounds appear on the Yorkist side, regardless of which side the player is on).

There was a day where I had to choose between a PS2 or a Gamecube. Duelists Of The Roses or The Falsebound Kingdom. I choose a PS2. No regrets.

Anyone think that it was weird how in the menu intro at 1 : 14 when Black Luster soldier declared an attack on Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon even though he had 900 attack points fewer lol.

It would be cool if Konami released a combo Pack of Duelist of the Roses and Falsebound Kingdom on PS4 even if it was a simple port, I'd still pay $60 for it.

I'll never understand why only KINGDOM HEARTS gets remakes on the advanced systems. Yu-Gi-Oh! Is just as worthy.

The only real problem I have with this game is how broken it can be at times. Certain monsters/combos are incredibly OP and the AI isn't real good compared to today's standards (actually, I'm not sure if it was good for 2001 standards). If they remade this game today, I would love to see some improvement. It's still a great game, though, and that intro really nails it.

This game is the 138th best-selling PS2 game in history. This game is awesome. Also remember, this is a card game. I don't think it's that easy to make a card video game so great. Yu-Gi-Oh in my opinion is the best card game ever made. Screw you UNO.

What's awesome about this opening is they use in game graphics for the last bit of it. The spinning shot of Black Luster Soldier was from the model viewer. This game is FRIGGIN AWESOME! Also, BLS, I'm sorry, but you were still gonna get your ass sent to the graveyard faster that you can say "Link Summons are bullshit"
