Yu-Gi-Oh! Reshef of Destruction (GBA)
This is the hardest Yugioh game ever. Even harder than Forbidden Memories PS1.
Very Hard difficulty, second from sacred cards.
You have to grind for hours only to get 1 good card, leveling your level or raise deck capacity little by little.
Plus bosses LP are insane. This final boss LP is 30000 & almost impossible to win without Ra's phoenix mode. Once your god card on the field, you can win every duel for sure. Except if opponent using FGD or Blue Eyes Ultimate with ATK 4000+.
I beat this game around 50+ hours.

Couldn't beat this game as a child on the GBA. But there's an awesome patch someone made on reddit, which makes this game enjoyable and you dont need to grind anymore. Much more like sacred cards. It's still not easy, you need to create a good deck, but LP restore between duels, more earnings (Dominos/Deck-capacity) from duels makes it way more playable and overall better.

Yeah, the patch made this game more playable than the vanilla game. At least I was able to beat Marik and Kaiba consistently without being held back by the banlist in the vanilla game.

You did see Beckon 2 Darkness from the starter deck so that's 1/40 for all it's worth.

I'm late, but the worse is that this game is also fair and loyal to reality, if you fail its your fault for not making a right deck, you loose cards if you loose like om the anime, the weakness system its here, and you cant summon a blue eyes white dragon on the first turn easily like Kaiba

Ngl, the only thing I hate is how they say "The duelist souls are the key!" Like, holy f--k, it is not! Its just the Eldrich entity being so powerful the fucking cards can make their monsters cross the barrier of reality and pretty much damage it as its kindda forcing his pressense on the real world from the monster world Now, the thing is that the trio just summoned their monsters and attaked the monster, and the idea is that they tought fighting with holograms were useless So Ishizu's surprise should have been that monsters gained physical forms thanks to the duelist will power as a person and the power of Reshef together, so you were able to stand a chance aganist the *LITERAL GOD IN FRONT OF YOU* , _The Player_
