Kaiba was a DICK when the series started and slowly got more chill ( relatively speaking) and just grew progressively crazier and more sarcastic as the series went on, peaking with Dark Side of Dimensions where he deadass builds an elevator to space and a machine that hacks him into the afterlife But Kaiba just going "FUCK IT" here and remembering that he's filthy rich and smart enough to invent portable hyper realistic holograms in *1996* is hillarious

As a made up trap card, "The Music Lovers" is not actually half bad. > If "Dark Magician" and Dark Magician Girl" are in the GY, and your opponent declares a direct attack: special summon them to the field in defence position. If the attack that triggered this card would have done more damage than both "Dark Magician" and "Dark Magician Girl"'s additive DEF: "Dark Magician" and "Dark Magician Girl" cannot be destroyed by battle until the End Phase. Just rename the card to "Dark Magician's Bond" or something and it's really a good trap card.

It said "if the attack exceeds the combined defence".Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl's defence combined is around 4000, most of the meta monster cards recently doesn't even exceed 4000. But still, the first effect is viable enough to be used as a free monster reborn in a Dark Magician deck

As far as I am concerned it's because of the millennium puzzle, that let's it's user pull bullshit out of his ass to win like the card they need in that moment or just straight say fuck you to the rules examples of this are when the pharaoh fused his monster with Kaiba's and reduced his life point to barely anything, and that one time he fucking attacked the moon with his stone golem and the moon isn't even a monster, it's a spell card)

Kaiba’s mistake was not summoning Maiden with Eyes of Blue for the duet phase. The only thing that could potentially stand up to the power couple of Dark Magician BF and GF is the power couple of Alaina and Kisara. But NoOo. His ego just _had_ to get in the way.

The most unrealistic thing about YuGiOh is that Kaiba, an orphaned 16 year old who's head of an extremely profitable company, spends all his time playing card games and has no girlfriend. I know he only goes to school one time in the manga and anime, but every single girl should've been all over him. Him being a huge assholes at the beginning doesn't even matter, just look at real life. But to be totally fair Kaiba, an orphaned 16 year old who's head of an extremely profitable company, did also spend a huge amount of money making his own theme park and commissioning a dragon-shaped airplane.

As unrealistic as it may seem, against every Yu-Gi-Oh player I’ve ever played, very few of them do not attack when there’s face down cards. Even if that face down card will spell their doom they hold no breaks and attack every time.

@@nicholasrodriguez4986 I've played a little bit of Legacy of the Duelist and Master Duel, and I understand the mindset. It almost seems like a better choice to take the risk and attack rather than wait and possibly lose your monster on your opponent's turn anyway (especially if you don't have any card that can remove a facedown). I was just joking that Kaiba (and pretty much every other character in the show) always seems to attack even if it seems obvious there's a trap.

@@griml0ck917 Kaiba legit has a card in his deck that destroys all 1.5k attack power monsters in yugi's deck and a second card that takes all your opponents spell cards (from hand and deck) and puts them in the graveyard. He actually runs the most anti momentum deck in the entire show. By the end he is also running field nukes like original chaos emperor dragon too just to make sure his opponent actually has nothing.

Honestly I see these two cards being actual cards. Blue-Eyes Supreme Dragon requiring the regular and ultimate dragons, and Music lovers can revive the Dark Magicians and negate an attack that's more than their defence combined.

I think these voice actors were amazing!! Little kuriboh is great but I love how in character and over the top these voice actors and the script is!!! THIS IS BOMB AF , whoever made the refs did very well , whoever figured out who to pay hommage to the to intro did right by it , as an old school fan capable of high scrutiny and nitpicking, only POSSIBLE thing more to be added could’ve been the d-d-d-d-d-duel at the end by either bf or Yami/Atem Yugi , whoever made this can be fucking proud.

The fact that Kaiba used the Blue Eyes White Dragon that he stole and ripped from Yugi's Grandpa in this duel..along with Kaiba's voice sounding much deeper then I thought..man whoeever voiced Kaiba did a really great job. As for the rest of the video. It was stupidly awesome. But it was also wonderful to enjoy. My favorite part was with Exodia there. Poor man.

This was really well done dude. It really carried the feel of the original dub. I love it. I hope this eventually makes it into a mod. So I can dual kaiba myself as Boyfriend and the Song was fire as well. ❤️👌 I was waiting to see how Bf And GF would somehow get into this reality this time and the trap was cleverly made up.

Also, how Yugi refers to the trap card from being found in a club and that they might as well use it makes it sound like it is being added from outside the game. The scene seems to not being played in duel links, so no skills can be activated.
