I've seen my fair share of 10k fakes, the most obvious thing for me is always the starlight foiling, just like foiling on DDS blue eyes fakes, it's noticeably different after close inspection. Side note, I still stand by my take that 10k will be good value long term :P

Is there any realistic way to get a fake DDS for personal keeping? Id like one buy cant justify spending money like that on a card, I basically just want a secret rare SDK lol.

Agreed, the foiling is so bad on this compared to real copies

seems like the foil color on fake is not as radiant with different colors as the real one

I’m cool with oricas but fakes causing people to lose money and scamming is just sad. On a side note, a lot of the 1st Ed toon chaos sealed has disappeared over the past few months on tcgplayer. There used to be a few sellers who had as many as 12 boxes that now I only see 3 and much less total sellers with the box but the overall prices has dropped a bit too.

On a different note custom ultimate Oricas are badass but yeah these counterfeits are really a problem.

eBay basically soft-banned Yugioh ORICAs from their listings, but leave these Chinese fakes up for months. Just try to search for each and see for yourself.

@@TheRockBoS oh I bet! 😂 it's like eBay is purposely looking for trouble! I doubt they haven't figured out a way to tackle it. You cant even find good ones on Etsy so you would really have to look and do your homework if you really wanted some good stuff.

The hair is not a valid point. It is not foiled on a real copy. I think the hair looks weird in the fake because the starlight foiling isn’t quite right. One other thing I’m seeing (I think, maybe I’m buggin) is that the 10000 stamp on the fake looks a tiny bit too small compared to a real copy. I’m quite confident about that though

People don't read at the description 😂🤣 it literally says it right there. They think they are "smort Timmy's" and intelligent investors that found the perfect sucker giving the card away at a steal so they can flip it. 🤷‍♂️

For the purpose of education, it would be much better presenting the cards side by side for comparison. Having to rewind and look for real one and switching back and forth is painful for viewers especially those who are not familiar with this card. Cheers.
