I am on PSW, I tried to generate Share Code to prove my right to work. UK Gov website showed I needed to contact home office, I called home office immediately. I talked with them around 40 minutes on 02 March 2024! From either sides we failed to generate code. Then home office staff submitted my issue to their IT department and told me that they would contact me as soon as they sort it out. Today is 15th of March, I have not received any feedback from them. in the meantime I called them 4 times, they always told me the same thing that my issue is still pending. My employer cancelled my background check from their end as I failed to give them share code. What should be my next step? please help me with information
