Ingredients:
Onion - 1 small
Garlic - 2 cloves
Bell pepper - 1 medium size
Canned tomatoes - 1 can (800 ml)
Paprika - 1 tbsp.
Cumin - 1 tbsp.
Olive oil
Salt and chili flakes to taste
Shakshuka
Prepare Veggies:
Cut onion, garlic and bell pepper into small pieces
Fry the onion and the garlic in olive oil till the onion is translucent.
Add paprika and cumin, fry on low for 2-3 mins.
Add the bell pepper, fry for 5-6 more mins.
Add whole canned tomatoes, mash them and cook on medium to low for 10-15 mins, depending on the density of the tomato sauce.
