이런 거 볼 때마다 궁금하던데 저기 흰 대리석 같은 테이블에 아무것도 안 깔고 초콜릿 뿌리고 다시 쓸어 담아서 섞어서 쓰는데 그 테이블 위에 사용하는 집기, 접시 같은 거 다 올리는데 괜찮은 건가요??

초콜릿 뿌리기 전에 토치같은걸로 판에 불을 직접 갖다 대더라고요. 소독 효과가 있지 않을까요..?
