It never ceases to amaze me the level of cleanliness, freshness, quality ingredients and overall consistency of the Korean fast food…as compared to America where it’s underpaid, unengaged teens cooking frozen, unhealthy processed foods for a corporation that couldn’t care less about quality or consistency because it’s profit above all else.

I see your point, however this video in particular was definitely a proof of the opposite. All condiments was pre-packed, pre-made and that weird american "cheese" really cant be considered a quality ingredient, is it even cheese.. Other than that, I agree!

My problem is this isn't home made. It is in a commercial kitchen. And not street food, served in a restaurant. And maybe in Korea, but most definitely American fast food. Other than that, nice looking burger.

Thanks for using some lard in there. Great stuff. We need more of this vs pure seed oils. Cheers Great work on the grind and separate fat grind. Cheese sauce is on point. And the burger sauce too, very good and authentic. We just need to use the fancy mayo, i mean i make my own with bacon grease and lots of eggs. You guys also change the oil out often. Unlike here in the states. Keep it up

@@crash0verryde857 This is just standard "secret sauce". They're pretty much all made like this, with some variations. You're not getting fresh-made condiments at most places, unless you consider fresh made to be freshly mixed bulk condiments.

@@pooplole while thats true.... theres PLENTY of other mistakes in this video, like not pre seasoning the beef/fat mix with salt/pepper before grilling it, seasoning while grilling it isnt great, all your doing is burning the seasoning, the cheese sauce being made with water is bizarre to me, usually that would be made with milk to thin it out, way too much lettuce, tomatoes are sliced too thick, etc.
