Assalaam Alaikum.The way you have cooked this dish without adding chopped onions, tomatoes, etc is exactly how my dear mother taught me. She used to say not all dishes require onions, tomatoes etc and only subtle flavours from the crushed masala is needed as the true flavours come from the paya and meat. Like my mother I have never used a pressure cooker because the real flavour is from slow cooking. I will definitely continue to watch your show thank you.

24/02/2023 Salam Dear sister Alina In my previous comment on Palak chicken, requested to mention about use of Pressure cooker to save time plus mentioning that once my wife comes back from Lahore, we start to cook Beef Trotters according to your receipe and then right a way you have given updated receipe of beef paya in today’s program. thanks a million. Excellent and easy way to cook paya. Funny enough how long it will take Shahid Sahab to finish the whole of it, hopefully not days but few hours. Love bong paya nyahari but had never been to make perfect taste out of it. May be I compare it with the taste in Karachi Burns Road Paya Nihari not even close to it.
